Bayliss is a Bournemouth based commercial cleaning company that started engaging me to clean some of the Council’s property stock. This led them to invite to take on this cleaning project, fifteen hundred square metres of high quality paving which provides access to the hotel from two main roads. It takes a full day and there is a critical path to follow, including cleaning the drains so the water can get away without ‘pooling’ and regurgitating a mess that further pressure washing simply worsens. In short, there is a knack and having done it many times, I now have it. Really enjoy the banter with passer-by and the client is always on hand as they litter pick the area too.
